Create a New Workspace in Folktale

Folktale workspaces are dedicated spaces where teams can collaborate, collect stories, and manage projects efficiently. Each workspace operates independently, requiring its own subscription, but you can explore Folktale by requesting a demo or speaking to sales.

This guide is for Admins looking to set up a new Folktale workspace.

🔑 What permissions are needed?

You must have a Folktale account to create a workspace.
Only Admins can create and manage workspaces.

Step One: Sign in to Your Folktale Account

To create a new workspace in Folktale, you must first sign in.

If you are new to Folktale, you can create a user account to get started.
If you are an existing Folktale user, sign in to your account.

Step Two: Create a New Workspace

Once signed in:

Click on the plus (+) button next to Workspaces.
You will be directed to a new page to set up your workspace.
Follow the on-screen prompts to name your workspace and configure initial settings.

💡 When you create a new workspace, you are automatically assigned the Admin role, granting full control over workspace management
