After launching your campaign, it's time to get people to follow it and start collecting meaningful stories. This toolkit will guide you through effectively distributing your campaign to maximize participation and story contributions.

Getting Started: Before You Share
Before you begin distributing your campaign, make sure you have these essentials in place so your campaign followers can better understand your campaign and be able to contribute accordingly:
Provide Clear Campaign Information
Make sure your campaign description clearly explains its purpose, what types of stories you're looking for, and why participation matters. People are more likely to contribute when they understand the impact of their stories.
Select Some Recommended Templates
Select the available story templates or customize them to guide your campaign followers. Clear templates show what kind of stories you’re seeking and reduce barriers to contribution.
How to Share Your Campaign
Step 1: Access the Share Options
Click the Share button below your campaign banner, and a pop-up window will appear showing all the available sharing methods.

Step 2: Distribution Strategies
In that pop-up window, you will see the two main options to distribute your campaign:

Option A - URL
- Click Copy Link to copy the campaign URL provided
- Share this link through your preferred channels (social media, websites, newsletters, messaging apps)
- Anyone with the link can access and follow your campaign
Option B - QR Code
- Save the QR code image to your device
- Include the QR code in printed materials, presentations, or digital graphics
- People can scan the code with their phones to instantly access and follow your campaign

Step 3: Direct Email Invitations (Optional)
For more targeted outreach, you can invite specific people directly:
- On the same pop-up window, enter an email address in the bar with the envelope icon.
- Click the plus (+) icon to add the person to your invitation list
- Repeat this process to add multiple people
- Click the Share button to send invitations to everyone on your list

Distribution Strategy to Reach More People
Multi-Channel Approach:
- Social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Threads)
- Email newsletters and direct outreach
- Community bulletin boards and forums
- Print Materials with QR codes for offline audiences
