Signing In to Your Folktale Account

This guide walks you through signing in to Folktale using different methods, ensuring a seamless and secure login experience.

How to Sign In

Go to portal.folktale.io on your internet browser from a phone, tablet, or laptop. You will be taken to the Sign In page, where you can choose your preferred login method.

Sign in with Your Email

1. Enter your email address and click Send a link to my email.
2. Check your email inbox or spam folder for an email from Folktale.
3. Click Sign in to Folktale.
4. You will be redirected to your Folktale Home page.

Sign in with Your Passkey

If you have added a passkey to your Folktale account:

1. Click Sign in with a passkey.
2. A window will appear asking you to select an account and verify your ID.
3. Click Continue.
4. You will be redirected to the Folktale Home page.

Sign in with an SSO (Google/Okta)

If you created your Folktale account using your organisation's Single Sign-On (SSO), like Okta or Google account:

1. Click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Okta
2. Ensure your Okta or Google account is logged in on your browser.
3. Select your account from the sign-in page.
4. You will be redirected to the Folktale Home page.

Sign in with Your Workspace Managed Account (WMA) Link

If you have a Workspace Managed Account (WMA), your Insights Lead or Admin will provide a sign-in link.

1. Copy the sign-in link provided by your Insights Manager.
2. Paste it into your internet browser.
3. You will be directed to the Home page.
