A guide for Admins to view and download invoices within the workspace
Overview
Step One: Navigate to Billing and Subscription
Once you sign in, click on your workspace name and select Billing and Subscription.
Search for the Payment and invoices section and click on Manage invoices and billing. You'll be taken to a new page.
Step Two: Download your invoice
On the new page, scroll down until you see Invoice History. Then, click on the invoice that you want to download. The invoice history displays the date, total amount, invoice status, and the plan you are subscribed to, arranged from left to right.
A new tab will open showing you options to Download invoice or Download receipt. Select one and the file will be saved as a PDF.
Congratulations, your invoice has been successfully downloaded.
