A guide to downloading or saving clips to your device
As an additional guard against losing your recorded video, you have the option to download the clip to your device. This step is recommended especially if you're having trouble uploading your shots due to an unstable internet connection.
After you record a clip, press the download button at the top right of your screen and the clip will be downloaded to your device.
⚠️ You can download the recorded clip only before uploading and previewing your shot. Once you upload the shot, the download option will no longer be available.
If you're using a Chrome browser on your iPhone, there will be 2 steps:
- Press the download button at the top right of your screen
- Press the download button at the bottom of your screen
Well done! The clip is now available in the Download folder or photo library, depending on your device.
