If you've forgotten your password, you can retrieve it from the sign-in page.
Overview
Step One: Recover access to your account
Enter the email address that you use for your Folktale account and verify that you're human. Once done, click Recover account to continue.
If you have an active Folktale account with this email address, you will receive the following email to recover your access. Open the email and click on Reset my Folktale password to continue.
Once you're taken to a new page, click Reset password and sign in to change your password.
Alternatively, if you signed up for your Folktale account using your Google account, you will receive an email indicating that you don't have a password associated with your account.
Click Sign in and ensure you are signed in with your Google email on your browser.
Step Two: Change your password
You'll be taken to a new page where you can change your password. Enter your new password, confirm it, and click Set new password.
Once done, you'll be notified that your password has been successfully set! You can now login with your email address and your new password.
