To temporarily deactivate a preset, select Disable this preset.

Once selected, the preset will be hidden from Field Reporters on their Home page and My Stories page. Disabled presets will be marked and will not be visible on the My Stories page until re-enabled.

Modify this preset

Select Modify this preset to make changes to any of the fields except for the project that the preset belongs to. Selecting this will take you to a new page.

You can redefine the purpose of the story by changing the title, primary usage, intended audience, and the purpose of your story collection. You can also edit or add story tags to be applied to each submitted story.

Additionally, you can change the type of the story by changing and customizing the template, editing the contributor's access to import media files, and adding or changing branding.

Lastly, you can edit contributor access to stories and edit messages to contributors.

Once done, review the preset summary and click Save preset.

💡 If Field Reporters are offline when the changes to a preset are made, the changes will only be updated once they reconnect to the internet and the preset can sync.

Remove this preset

Select this option to delete the preset from your project. A pop-up message will appear and you can confirm to delete this preset by clicking OK.
