Inviting and assigning roles

Navigating the Folktale platform involves understanding key user roles that define responsibilities and access levels. These roles each contribute uniquely to an efficient and collaborative Workspace.

When considering who may be the best fit for each role it’s crucial to understand their responsibilities.

Admin: The Admin role has full access to the workspace. They manage platform settings, control billing, handle user permissions, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Insight Lead: Responsible for understanding the data and encouraging action through invitations, presets, and templates.

Coordinator: Coordinators help teams talk and work together. They make sure stories are checked, translations are done, and teamwork is smooth, handling most of the post-submission activities.

Viewer: Viewers can only view the content. They can't make any changes. This role is perfect for people who need to see updates or reports but don't create or manage content.

Field Reporter: Field Reporters share what they see and learn directly from the source, bringing rich insights autonomously to your workspace. They are crucial for providing valuable insights from communities and partners.
