What is the Invitation Overview?
The Invitation Overview gives you a summary of your invitation's progress and performance after it has been created. It helps you monitor each individual invitation effectively, from tracking the performance of the invitation to sending reminders to your contributors.
Who has access to the Invitation Overview?
Admins and Insights Managers of the workspace can see and manage the Invitation Overview.
Navigating to the Invitation Overview
Once you sign in, click on your workspace name in the left navigation panel (on desktop) or press the menu icon in the top left and press on your workspace name from the panel (on mobile devices).

From there, you can select a project, click Story Invitation, and click on the invitation title. You'll be taken to the Invitation Overview page.
Alternatively, you can also go to your Project Dashboard and click on the title text of any active invitation card.
What can I do on the Invitation Overview?
Monitor the performance of each individual invitation
Monitor the performance of each individual invitation by the number of people who accepted, declined, and didn't respond to your invitation, completion rate, and number of stories received.
Modify invitation details
Modify the date and time for sending the invitation before it is sent and extend the expiry date.
Modify the invitation title, enable or disable the imported responses and Community Link, as well as edit or add story tags.
⚠️ If you disable the Community Link, contributors will no longer be able to access the Story Invitation. If you re-enable it, a new link will be generated and the old link will no longer work.

Add contributor
Invite more people to contribute their stories by typing their email addresses on the search bar. You can also invite new contributor and they will receive your invitation in their email.
Send reminders to contributors
If your contributors have started a story but have not submitted it, you can check the box next to their names and click on the Send reminder button.
This will send a gentle email reminder prompting them to complete their story before the due date.
Watch submitted stories
View all stories submitted within the invitation and narrow down the stories that are relevant to you based on specific criteria such as project, team, contributor, location, tags, and reaction with filters.
