Understanding and navigating Folktale Academy to enhance your storytelling skills.

Folktale Academy’s courses are accessible on the Folktale platform and you can access it anytime from your dashboard. If you already have an account, you can go to Folktale Academy and start the course directly.
If you are a new user, please make sure that you have signed up to Folktale by following these steps described in the Getting Started with Folktale: Admin Quick-start Guide.
Once your account has been created, please make sure that you’re signed in to the platform by following the instructions in this article about Signing into Folktale account.
You are now ready to navigate to Folktale Academy in your dashboard!
Step One: Go to Folktale Academy
Once you sign in to your Folktale account, click on Folktale Academy in the left navigation panel (on desktop) or press the menu button in the top left and press on Folktale Academy from the panel (on mobile devices).

Step Two: Select a topic
Select a topic you’d like to learn by clicking on the topic’s title or the topic’s thumbnail.
Once you choose your topic, you will see a list of courses under that topic. Click on the course’s title or thumbnail to open your selected course.
Step Three: Start the course
Click on the video to start the course, the navigation is similar to viewing a video on YouTube.
You can scroll down to see other courses under the same topic. Click on the course’s title or thumbnail to open it.
However, if you’d like to return to the list of topics, you can click the topic’s title at the top of the page.
Pro tips: You can promptly copy the link to share the lesson videos. Just click the Copy link button on the upper-right side of the video and share it!
