How to use the Story Library

A guide for Admins and Insights Managers to access and manage submitted stories and supercuts in the Story Library

Overview


What is Story Library?

  • Story Library is a space for all submitted stories and supercuts from across the projects within your workspace.
  • It is completely secure and cannot be accessed by anyone outside of your organization.

Who has access to the Story Library?

  • Story Library is only accessible to Admins and Insights Managers of the workspace.
  • Guest, Contributor, and Field Reporter can't access the Story Library. 

Navigate to Story Library

Once you sign in, click on your workspace name in the left navigation panel (on desktop) or press the menu button in the top left and press on your workspace name from the panel (on mobile devices).

Next, click on Story Library and you'll be taken to the Story Library page.



What can I do in the Story Library?

Within the Story Library, an Admin and Insights Manager is able to utilize filters, order supercuts, as well as navigate to the story overview to view a story, download a story, and add reactions and tags to the story.

Utilise filter to display relevant stories

Narrow down the stories that are relevant to you based on specific criteria such as project, team, contributor, location, tags, and reaction.

View and order Supercuts

Gain valuable insights at a larger scale by ordering Supercuts or view the ones that have already been ordered.

Play and download submitted stories

Select a story to play or download to watch it later in the Story Library.

Add reactions and tags

Connect with your contributors by expressing your reaction to their stories using emojis. You can also add tags that can be utilized as filters to display relevant stories.
