Find what you're looking for with filters in the Story Library
Overview
What are filters?
A filter is a way to show only the story that meets certain criteria. This can be useful for finding specific stories or creating reports.
You can search and filter stories in the Story Library by project, team, contributor, location, tags, and reactions.
- Project - Add this filter to display all stories that have been submitted to a specific project within your workspace.
- Team - Select this filter to show all stories contributed by the members of a team.
- Contributor - Use this filter to find stories from one or multiple contributors.
- Location - The location options are drawn from stories that have been geo-tagged. Stories are only geotagged when contributors opt to add their location during recording and is optional.
- Tags - Add this filter to find all stories that have specific tags added by Insights Managers or Admins.
- Reactions - This filter allows you to search stories based on the reactions added by Insights Managers or Admins.
From your Story Library, click the + button and select available filters. You can add multiple filters at the same time.
When you add multiple filters, they work together to narrow down your search and show only the stories that meet all the selected filter criteria.
For instance, if you choose both the Project and Team filters, you will only see stories that were submitted by the selected team for the specific project.
Once you add a filter, a search box will appear. Find any project, team, contributor, location, tag, or reaction and click to select.
💡 For project and team, you can only choose one project or one team at a time. For contributor, location, tags, and reaction filters, you can choose multiple options at a time.
To remove a filter, click X.
Well done! After adding filters, you can save and share your filtered Story Library by copying or bookmarking the URL in the browser. Only Insights Managers and Admins of the workspace can access the URL.
