How to pause or cancel a subscription

As an Admin, you can see and manage the subscription of your workspace on the Billing & Subscription page

Step One: Sign in to your account

To initiate the process, go to portal.folktale.io in your internet browser. You can enter your email address and password, click Sign in with a passkey, or click Sign in with Google.


Step Two: Go to the Billing and Subscription page

Once you have successfully logged in, select the Billing and Subscription menu on the left side panel of your screen. 


Step Three: Go to the Billing Management page

From the Billing & Subscription page, click on the Manage invoices and billing button under the Payment and Invoices section.


Step Four: Review Current Subscription Details

From the Billing Management page, you will find an overview of your current subscription plan. Take a moment to review the details and ensure that you are making an informed decision.


Step Five: Cancel your subscription

Click on the Cancel Plan button. This action will initiate the process of canceling your subscription.


Step Six: Confirm to Cancel or Pause

You will see a prompt to confirm whether you want to Cancel or Pause your subscription. 


If you choose Cancel subscription, the subscription will still be available until the end of your billing period. Once it is ended, you will no longer have access to your canceled plan.


If you would like to choose a Pause subscription, you will have the option to resume automatically by ticking the Automatically resume box and choosing the resumption time. If you don’t tick this box, you will need to re-activate your subscription manually.


Make sure to click on one of these options, then save your changes.
