Templates are a fantastic way to ensure consistency and alignment across your team.
With Templates you can maintain structured responses, abide by program strategies and increase your teams efficiency by having the topics ready to go when you need them.
This not only streamlines the storytelling process but also enhances the quality of the insights you gather.
Before creating a story template, ensure you have:

An active project in Folktale. See how to create a project.
- Appropriate role permissions (Administrator, Coordinator, or Insights Lead). Learn more about roles and permissions.
Creating a Template
1. Access the Templates Section
Go to the Templates section in your Workspace menu.
2. Start a New Template
Click on Create new template to begin setting up your Template.
3. Add Essential Information
Choose an icon, add a title, write a brief description, and include all of your necessary questions or details.
4. Save Your Template
Once everything is set, click Save. Your template is now ready to use in the Templates section.

Q: Can I edit a template after it has been created?
- Yes, you can. However, changes will apply to all future stories created using that template. See how to edit existing templates.

Q: Can other people see templates I create?
- Yes, they can. Templates created by members of the team are shared within the workspace. This means that all Admins and Insight Leads within a workspace can see the same templates.
