The prompt will look something like this:
💡 The prompt may look slightly different from device to device.
For iPhones
-
Whilst on the record screen, press the camera icon to the bottom left of the address bar (it looks like ‘AA’). From the menu that pops up, select Website Settings.
-
At the bottom of the screen, there should be a section labeled ALLOW PORTAL.FOLKTALE.IO TO ACCESS. There, you will find listed options for Camera, Microphone and Location. To the right of these will be the preference that is currently selected.
-
To modify these, tap them to bring up a list of options (Ask, Deny, Allow). Ensure that you have selected Allow for each of these options.
For Android devices
-
Whilst on the record screen, tap the padlock icon on the upper left of the address bar. On the menu that appears, select Permissions.
-
Ensure that permission for Location, Camera, Microphone and Sound are all set to Allowed by clicking the toggle button next to each.
