A guide to cancel a story you have started but not submitted
Overview
Step One: Go to your My Stories page
For Guest, Contributor and Field Reporter
Once you sign in, you will be taken to your My Stories page.
For Insights Manager and Admin
Once you sign in, you can click My Stories on the left navigation panel (on desktop) or click the menu icon and select My Stories from the panel (on mobile devices).

Step Two: Cancel your story in progress
If you have already started a story but have not submitted it, the story will be listed under the Pending section and is labeled as IN PROGRESS.
To cancel your story, click on the menu button and click Cancel this story.
⚠️You cannot cancel your in-progress story while in offline mode.
You will receive a warning message to confirm the cancellation. Click OK to continue.
Well done! Once you cancel a story, it will revert back to a new invitation and is labeled as NEW.

To re-accept the Story Invitation, click on the Story Invitation and click Accept this invitation.

To remove the invitation, click on the story invitation and click Decline this invitation.
