Create a User Account in Folktale

This guide walks you through creating your Folktale user account, ensuring a smooth and secure sign-up process.

This guide is for all new users who want to create a Folktale account. It covers:

    • Registering and verifying your email
    • Creating your account

Step One: Register Your Email

  1. Go to portal.folktale.io.
  2. Enter your email address and click Send a link to my email.

⚠️ If joining an existing workspace, use the same email that received the invitation.

Step Two: Verify Your Email

  1. Check your inbox or spam folder for an email from Folktale.
  2. Click Verify my email and create my Folktale account.

Step Three: Complete Your Profile

  1. Fill out your name and organisation details.
  2. Tick the box if you’d like to receive our newsletters.
  3. Click Continue.

🎉 Congratulations! You’ve just created your Folktale account.
