How to download subtitle files
📍 A guide for Admins, Insights Leads, and all story contributors on how to download subtitle files for each submitted story.
Step 1: Select a story
- Go to your Story Library
- Click on the thumbnail of the story you want to work with
- This opens the Story Overview page
- Hover over the video player
- Click the subtitle button (bottom right corner)
Step 2: Download your subtitle
- If you have automated captions enabled, you'll see available subtitle languages
- If no subtitles appear, add a new subtitle track first
- Click on the .VTT or .SRT button next to your desired language to download the subtitle
💡 Important: Subtitle files download in .vtt and .srt format and must be downloaded individually. Bulk download isn't currently supported.
